Scam-0-la Scam Alert!! These guys are running a big ol scam . I found Nava through the Washingtonian magazine best doctor issue ,of all places, looking to treat my low T which my GP has been getting on me about for years. I specifically asked if they take my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, they say yes but then charged me out-of -pocket for everything. It's all disingenuous answers and up selling with these guys, they charged me 400 bucks and I hadn't even spoken with a doctor yet. If you need TRT, DO NOT go to NAVA, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with a legit endocrinologist instead!!

Membership only Membership only! Beware! They don't tell you until you go to check out. When you cancel, they keep charging your card. SCAM! My wife was the patient, in case the company wants to whine that they don't show me as a client. UPDATE: Kim called us and was knowledgeable about the whole experience. We were told we would receive the appropriate refund and would not get billed again. Thank you Kim, and as to the rest of the personnel responsible for this debacle, you should be embarrassed.

My Nava health experience I have was searching for a place to help with my horrible menopause symptoms. I am very happy with the health care professional that work at Nava. I started HRT & my symptoms & menopause are now under control. I also do a variety of iv treatments with Nava. My overall health has greatly improved. I am very happy & glad that I found Nava health
