The set up was very easy and the system did not kick me out midway through the process, there were no technical difficulties. However, I wish that since I went through this company to get my card, if I decide that I want to grow in say the next 6 months I would qualify for the growers card discount. But I am happy to know that I can apply for the growers card online with this company.

I had to call the help hotline, but never received any answer? I emailed the system with order info. With in minutes, I had pdf recommendation in the response email' with apologies for delay. I ordered the gold level, but I am still confused if I will be receiving a plastic Id card by mail? Customer service did guide me through the follow up, and I will be receiving my material in the mail. Thanks MMJFRIENDS!

What was supposed to be quick and easy and now my bank has me filing fraud charges Ordered at 8:06am, bankcard charged at 8:11am, it's 9:20am - I have received nothing! Including 3 additional emails, chat attempts, and phone calls. There are many service provider to choose from, pick someone else!!
