Recommendation online process was easy Recommendation online process was easy. discount code helped. Order with credit card. Verification and PDF recommendation came few hours later. I had to call the help hotline, but never received any answer? I emailed the system with order info. With in minutes, I had pdf recommendation in the response email' with apologies for delay. I ordered the gold level, but I am still confused if I will be receiving a plastic Id card by mail? Customer service did guide me through the follow up, and I will be receiving my material in the mail. Thanks MMJFRIENDS!
