SEMy experience has been very positive. My experience has been very positive. I searched online for different companies that would sell a specific medical product. Then, I found this website and thought it would be cost-effective to purchase from them. I did, the process went smoothly and customer service reached out even on holidays. The package was sent quickly with its tracking info. Unfortunately, and LivBio is not to blame, the package was retained by Swedish customs for over three weeks due to some technical problems on their system. But the actual shipment and arrival of the medication took 3-4 days. I had an issue with one of the boxes, reached out to them and got a replacement. Everything went smoothly. I would certainly recommend this family business.

GBHello I ordered some meds and there was… Hello I ordered some meds and there was confidential info about these meds which may have leaked I am very upset . I only got one of the three products i ordered wrapped in pink paper the capsules and in a sepparate package . I got an email from you saying someone signed for it . but i only got one product and there's an issue of breach of privacy so really not satisfied . Please get back to me about the missing products 2 of them
