Fire Cupping I have been working with Andrea on neck and shoulder issues through fire cupping and it’s been an incredible experience. Fire cupping is extremely effective for those tough spots where nothing seems to make a difference and through consistent visits we have been able to reduce the stiffness and the healing journey has begun. Andrea’s utilizes her intuition through her technique that create a really peaceful safe place.

Accupuncture to start the week My Monday session with Sonya is my favorite way to start my week. Her sessions are so restorative and gentle. I leave feeling grounded and with a love for life. Great for fertility and pregnancy Sonya has supported me throughout my IVF fertility journey so it was no surprise that I went into labor the evening after receiving an induction acupuncture. Cannot recommend enough.
