So grateful for Index Health! I have been working with Dr LeMay and his team since December 2021 and it has such a blessing! I have been trying to heal my body after a year long fight against cancer. Chemo and radiation takes such a toll on your body. However, I have had more energy in the last five months then I have had in years! The testing, analysis, and personalized plan that they have put in place has given me new hope to a renewed life!

Knowledge is Power- Acid reflux and heartburn resolved I have been wanting to get to the root cause of my acid reflux and heartburn for many years however my doctor kept telling me to lose weight. I knew there was more to it than my weight so I sought out index health for help. Index health ran a battery of tests and found that I was sensitive to dairy and eggs as well as having Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and advise me to go gluten-free. It has been four months and my acid reflux and heartburn are gone. It turns out it was not my weight, but my stomach was a mess. Thank you, Dr. K. and Holly for steering me into a new diet and lifestyle that will keep me from having reflux and heartburn. I would highly recommend this team for getting to the root cause of any symptoms. They are highly trained and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable and trusted their knowledge.

Dr LeMay and his team are exceptional Dr LeMay and his team are exceptional. Quick to reply in the portal with any concerns. The customer service is great, get back to you quickly and always willing to help. Dr LeMay is one of the most knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I'm always impressed how much he knows on so many different subject. Most importantly, I feel that he truly cares about my health and has been a great help to me on my auto immune journey.

Grateful Dr. Mayes and his team were amazing. I got tired of playing games with the VA, I felt horrible all the time, and now I finally have some answers. What would have taken over a year with the VA and still probably wouldn't have gotten to the root causes, took less than 3 months with Index. I still have a long way to go, but at least I have a direction, I am very grateful.

Great Experience!! Working with Dr. K and staff who truly care about your health and use more advanced testing to determine what is going on. Not medication centered. Dr. K was through and very attentive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall I have had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health.
