After receiving I am on the YAYA bandwagon. I thoroughly enjoy the product and the dynamic duo behind the company !! Supplements made with love!! Each and every product is made with love. I began to take the multi mineral aka “sea moss” and I have never felt better. My hair, and nails are growing and are becoming more robust where people presume my nails are acrylic. Placed an order November 7 Placed an order November 7, 2023. Received an email that the product was shipped 11/14 (Package says 11/13). Tracking number would not work. Emailed company on 11/18 with no reply. Emailed a second time with no response. Called and left a message with no reply. Finally received product 11/24. This is the longest I have waited for a product and that no one replied to my emails (says emails will be answered within 24-72 hours) or phone call does not look very good for the company. This is the first time I have ordered with your company and I am not very happy with the timeline and no response.

I ran out and was quick to get some more but the product was on backorder. I didn't realize that this small business did such vigorous testing on it's product to ensure its purity.
