Dr Hixson is knowledgeable, clear, pragmatic, easy-going, unsurprised, down to earth, and even witty when it was appropriate. On the back end on the app: I had a question about using the app and got speedy and helpful replies on how to work the parts of the app that I was confused about. They even followed up with me multiple days later, just to be sure they'd answered my question. I 100% recommend Nile. I'm so impressed and relieved.
