GBGreat service! The alerts were sent almost immediately after signing up, and they were very helpful in letting me know what appointments had just opened up. The only downside was that by the time I logged into the TSA website the appointment was no longer available. It would be nice to have a link in the alert to take you to the site, even if you have to login. I was finally able to grab one of the times that freed up, but it took a few attempts. Despite this, I would not have been able to get the appointment without signing up for these alerts.

GBNo help from GlobalEntry I spent 4.5 hours trying to get to someone, ANYONE, who could help me regarding the letter stating my application is provisional. I need the letter to make an interview appointment. I was given so many new websites and phone numbers that my head was spinning. I was told that I could schedule an interview via the site. Well, the site had no such option. Absolutely the worst exercise in futility.

GBThis made it possible for me to arrange a GREAT Time and Place!! This made it possible for me to arrange a time that was best for me. There were many appointments to choose one and I was able to wait until I snagged just the right one. I didn't have to be glued to the website to find an appointment.
