GBNo help from GlobalEntry I spent 4.5 hours trying to get to someone, ANYONE, who could help me regarding the letter stating my application is provisional. I need the letter to make an interview appointment. I was given so many new websites and phone numbers that my head was spinning. I was told that I could schedule an interview via the site. Well, the site had no such option. Absolutely the worst exercise in futility.

GBI was able to find an opponent in my hometown I was struggling to find a global entry interview close to me. I had a reservation 200 miles away and I was notified that Saturday appointments were opened up in my hometown the same day I was scheduled in KC. I was able to reschedule our interviews and save myself a roughly 6 hour road trip.
