Great service! The alerts were sent almost immediately after signing up, and they were very helpful in letting me know what appointments had just opened up. The only downside was that by the time I logged into the TSA website the appointment was no longer available. It would be nice to have a link in the alert to take you to the site, even if you have to login. I was finally able to grab one of the times that freed up, but it took a few attempts. Despite this, I would not have been able to get the appointment without signing up for these alerts.

I was able to find an opponent in my hometown I was struggling to find a global entry interview close to me. I had a reservation 200 miles away and I was notified that Saturday appointments were opened up in my hometown the same day I was scheduled in KC. I was able to reschedule our interviews and save myself a roughly 6 hour road trip.

Done in 4 Days Applied Monday night, conditional approval received Tuesday, signed up for texts Wednesday, received alerts Wednesday and Thursday, booked interview Thursday evening for Friday AM. Completed the entire process in 4 business days. Site was booked for months when I first checked. Very pleased and will have it for my trip in May. I do live in a city where there is an airport with customs interviews, so it made it even easier for me.

I paid $5 for a different service and… I paid $5 for a different service and actually booked an appointment. Text alerts on your platform are WAY too slow. Waste of money.
