GBInitial enrollment process is janky This is about the initial enrollment communication. It is choppy and inaccurate. I received an email that the forms were in the portal. They were not. The digital forms are VERY repetitive, some of them asking the exact same questions on a different page. They also are missing date pickers for date fields and I couldn't enter a phone number for my emergency contact among other issues I had with them. I finished them all, received the confirmation page that they were complete a week ago and still yesterday received a notice via text that they were incomplete.

GBI didn't purchase anything from… I did purchase anything from telapsychiatry.com. I had an appointment for 9:00 this morning & never received a phone call nor did I receive an email.
