GBInitial enrollment process is janky This is about the initial enrollment communication. It is choppy and inaccurate. I received an email that the forms were in the portal. They were not. The digital forms are VERY repetitive, some of them asking the exact same questions on a different page. They also are missing date pickers for date fields and I couldn't enter a phone number for my emergency contact among other issues I had with them. I finished them all, received the confirmation page that they were complete a week ago and still yesterday received a notice via text that they were incomplete.

GBI actually have not had a session I actually have not had a session. I believe mine is tomorrow morning. I look forward to it!

GBThey said “ If you have any questions They said “ If you have any questions, please call us at 888-903-5505.” and I’m calling since Friday and the phone is not ringing, is always in busy mode. I was calling the whole day Friday and yesterday Monday and haven’t received any response. I sent 2 emails and no response back. What am I supposed to do if I want to speak with someone and no one is answering???????
