GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS Avoid at all cost, do not waste your time with this company my partner being a patient of this clinic since 2019 requested an updated ESA to travel on Aeromexico, the video zoom call was done and the letter did not have the qualifications of the person doing the review, there was no qualification, despite 27 telephone calls and many emails and promises of resending the letter it never came, the call centre experience is just horrendous, they do not follow up, they do not care, I am now tasked with getting a refund since I had to make alternative arrangements to travel! Terrible experience for a returning patient - please people do not waste your time with this clinic, they do not care about their patients
