GBScroll Right Past This Company! 10am: ordered and paid for “consult” 3:30pm: emailed and texted cancelation as was taking to long 6:15pm: they notified me that they called in a prescription for me. No consult. 6:30: emailed and texted again. Text person said they would refund me, but the did not. Email different person said they will not refund.

GBCaremd is terrible This company is terrible. Weekend request on a Friday evening there was no consult call text video and they sent med straight to pharmacy without consult and patient needed cough and throat prescription alongside of what they prescribed. You would’ve known out of Dr professionalism to talk to your patient. This still has not been handled it’s been over 16 hours. Going to other medical forums and social media platforms as well around this dis-service 😡

GBThe worst patient care I’ve ever experienced No, I didn’t receive anything. I waited over 14 hours for someone to respond to me issue and this company failed at every stop. No one responded to the live chat, the person that responded via email was a complete jerk and refused to give me an update on when someone would help me. I reached out to a competitor of yours and within 20 min they had a script called in for me. Would never in a million years use this company again. Such a scam and fraud. No idea how this is still operating. Horrible patient treatment and care. Most unprofessional site I’ve ever tried to use. Warning to everyone, DO NOT USE THEM! You’ll be waiting forever with ZERO help or response. Complete joke.
