GBI have had a horrible experience with… I have had a horrible experience with this company. I’m assuming they’re very small and may be unable to handle their interest, it is near next to impossible to speak with anyone, the timing with the medication refills and the doctors appointments don’t add up so they charge you for medication before your next doctors appointment When I tried to talk to someone, no one would answer me so I commented on a Facebook post about the customer service and their social media person blocked me I just received a refill of my medication‘s today and they completely left out an entire medication. I will be running out in four days and I’m panicked. I am done with this company. EDIT I did talk to someone in charge. They refunded me without any problem, but I will be getting a new provider.

GB“The testing they offer is great and… “The testing they offer is great and inclusive but that’s where it ends. They get you in a call that turns into a sales pitch to purchase overpriced vitamins and hormone therapy. You can get all their suggested vitamins on Amazon for a quarter of the price. They are terrible with communication.
