Going downhill at a rapid pace I have been using Scripx for two years when there was an issue it was resolved. However, this time there was no resolve. The new pharmacist (name starts with a V) kept insisting I had to pay full price for all my prescriptions. I called the insurance company and they said, I was fully covered. The insurance company called and no avail. I called the next day and the pharmacist rudely insisted the same, the insurance agent called again. There is No manager nobody to take care of problems, I ask for Jon, the owner not around. The pharmacist's solution was for me to change Pharmacies. I changed Pharmacies my prescriptions cost $3.95, $2.00, $3.25 and my last prescription was not refilled by Scripx but was billed to the insurance company. Wow!! Business going downhill rapidly.

Scripx is a life saver!!!! Scripx is a life saver!!!! Being a caretaker for a loved one has its challenges. Appointments all over the city… taking care of bills… the list goes on and on. Once I found Scripx, I got part of my day back. No more lines at CVS! No more dealing with Pharmacists who could care less about my time. THANK YOU SCRIPX!!!!

It has been 3 weeks and my issue is not… It has been 3 weeks and my issue is not resolved. I was just hung up on and told to go back to Walgreens by scripx. The girl blames Done for their out of stock problems and said they don't make money on adhd meds so they don't like to restock them. Then I mentioned I never had this issue with Walgreen's to which she told me to go back to Walgreens and hung up on me. I paid for my script two weeks ago and for my monthly dues 3 weeks ago. This is at least the 20th email I have sent and have made numerous calls to scripx. I want my meds by the end of this week or I will be speaking with counsel. This is Theft to collect money and not provide my prescription for weeks. I called again this morning to speak to a manager and call was answered by same girl as yesterday and she told me to leave a message to which I asked to hold. Her reply was well he is on the phone with the DEA and it will be hours and hung up on me again.
