GBGoing downhill at a rapid pace I have been using Scripx for two years when there was an issue it was resolved. However, this time there was no resolve. The new pharmacist (name starts with a V) kept insisting I had to pay full price for all my prescriptions. I called the insurance company and they said, I was fully covered. The insurance company called and no avail. I called the next day and the pharmacist rudely insisted the same, the insurance agent called again. There is No manager nobody to take care of problems, I ask for Jon, the owner not around. The pharmacist's solution was for me to change Pharmacies. I changed Pharmacies my prescriptions cost $3.95, $2.00, $3.25 and my last prescription was not refilled by Scripx but was billed to the insurance company. Wow!! Business going downhill rapidly.
