I had previously left a review with 3… I had previously left a review with 3 stars, and stated that I thought the chews were helping 'somewhat'. I then received an email stating that I would be contacted. I never was. I decided to reorder to give more time with the chews to see if it improved. I still think it works 'somewhat', but I'm removing one star because no one ever followed up. So, what is up with customer service?

Non receipt of items ordered Pd 43.43 for prebiotic and denti clear Pd 43.43 for prebiotic and denti clear. Processed through bank 8/22/22. Only received the dentist clear. Totally disappointed Ailing 19 year old dog awaiting the item to improve her life. Fading fast. Now have nothing. Upset 😡

Good Service from Best Friends Essentials Unfortunately, my picky border collie is having nothing to do with eating the chews no matter how I disguise them (Boost Bites and Vitality Bites). So, I'm not really sure if they work or not. However, Best Friend's Essentials was very accommodating and canceled my subscription for me. My 12 yo aussie is taking the Active Bites and they seem to be working on her. She was limping when she got up from laying down and now she is not... I take that as a win.

This is the worst allergy reaction I have experienced in my 30 yrs of rescue. This dog never had allergies; this our 3rd yr here since the move and being a senior puts her at risk despite preventative supplements and top shelf nutrition. I will be keeping her on" special treats" because they are full of everything s healthy immune system requires. Next year will be the proving ground.
