GBFinally I have straight teeth I needed aligners for my top teeth due to them shifting. I went with Smile Direct Club first and it was not a good service. Due to my teeth still not corrected I found Smileie and from the very beginning they were fantastic. They were always on call for any of my questions. Also, this company is the only one that you can choose either a top or bottom aligner and at the best cost too. Another fantastic part of their service which they include, is 2 night time retainers at no extra cost, (you have to pay for this with other companies, and you’ll receive only 1) they come with all your aligners so you don’t need to worry about arranging them at the end of your treatment. And you also receive your teeth whitening kit. My teeth were super white after 3 treatments. Hands down Smileie is the best out of all the other companies.

GBGood price for service I have to restart my treatment because SDC bankruptcy. I needed free refinements from them but I paid more overall for treatment and still had to pay for retainers at some point. This price with a small discount is fair for my situation.

GBI purchased a dual set of daytime… I purchased a dual set of daytime aligners back in March of 2024. Although the initial process had been smooth and I found my customer service Rep Brett to be very responsive, I’m hitting some major hiccups which have been concerning. Despite uploading all required documentation the first day I received my first aligners I’ve been waiting for my second set of aligners to ship for over 2.5 weeks. I’ve had to reach out on several occasions to inquire when the Aligners will be arriving and have been given timeframes which come and go with no aligners. I’m not sure what holding up the process but I’m concerned that my treatment timeline is being significantly extended since the aligners are not arriving in a timely fashion.
