Much to my surprise, the shipping costs were not inflated and my package was promptly delivered. My first Quantum Labs purchase was a very positive experience.

With the original heads, I was only doing it at night, and on the medium intensity setting. Now I use it morning and night, and on full intensity. Thanks to my hygienist for the sample! I received the order in seven days. It was kinda "old school" in that I didn't get and email with tracking number it shipped, but it did ship promptly after all. Only downside is that I had to buy 48 heads, which, even if I change once a month, will last longer than the toothbrush.
