Very honest and helpful The representative with Dental Insurance.com that I spoke with was very interested in my concerns, and was very honest. She tried to be sure she could help me at all and ended up suggesting a different company and plan than I was expecting, but it seems I'm much better off now.

Not great experience. I still don't have confirmation of my insurance coverage or a smart ID to sign up yet, so I'm not real happy with it so far.

Ruben did a fantastic job. Ruben did a fantastic job talking and walking me through the process of purchasing my and my husband's new dental insurance policy. He explained a lot, and answered my questions. A big plus is that he was friendly and personable. Also clear speech which is always a plus. Give this man a raise and a gold star on his record. I was very hyper that day and he assured me that everything was going to be okay and that he was there to help me through the process.
