USI didn’t find the product worked as it… I didn’t find the product worked as it was described so I attempted to get a refund, which by the way you can only do so by emailing, and after emailing the two different emails this company has I never received any response. If they can respond and follow through with the refund I will change my review!

USI was very excited to receive the tooth… I was very excited to receive the tooth whitening pens, although my teeth are extremely stained and I’m not see a lot of change. I’m sorry I can’t give a better review but I’m certain it’s my teeth and not your product.

USCancellation not honored I have sent several messages and a screenshot of my cancellation on March 16. You continue to bill me. You have forced me to take this up with the Better Business Bureau. It would seem from the lack of response to any of my emails that customer service does not exist at your company. Extremely disappointing!

USGreat product, HORRIBLE service I got inspired to buy an electric toothbrush from Dintle by someone else. The website offered it for $49.95 plus free 2-day shipping. Unfortunately, I had to email the company because I thought it would never arrive. Nobody replied after several attempts. I even called the phone number listed on the website, but it was invalid. While I called my bank and reported the transaction as a fraud, the toothbrush unexpectedly arrived a month later. Ironically, I actually like it - it cleans well, comes with a travel case, and is lightweight. However, Dintle doesn't sell any replacement heads yet, so this toothbrush will probably last only 6 months. Still, I wish I saw the other negative reviews before spending any money. Please research any unfamiliar companies like Dintle before deciding!

USMore than pleased I tried this the first time with some hesitation. Never trust your inner thoughts. Although the only matter at hand was not being able to obtain another order as quickly as I'd expected, overall I'm completely satisfied.
