GBHappy bright smile customer I have use the product for 3 days and I already see results my teeth are looking whiter. I do have to contact them about the mouth piece and they respond right the way and help me with issue. I can’t wait to keep using it to see the results and by the way I haven’t feel any sensitivity like I had before with other whitening treatments. Thank you for this product and I will recomendé to every one who wants to bright there smiles😃

GBScam Signed up to try the whitening gel and then asked to cancel until I was given adequate time to try (as it took three weeks to receive and then another batch would have shipped before I even received the product to try). Cannot cancel subscription - says to email which I've done many times. No response in 3+ weeks.

GBHorrible Horrible! I can't cancel my subscription and I've been emailing them daily for weeks... they don't care at all about their customers, not worth reviewing the product because this is a scam.

GBNO WAY TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION The product works well enough but the customer service is non-existent. The bigger problem is that there is NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. The only way you can cancel is to email them asking to cancel but they never respond. I emailed 3 times in a month and a half and never was responded to and there’s no phone number to call. The only way I could cancel was to put a different card on file and cancel that so that I wouldn’t continue to get charged. This is either an unethical company or incompetent either way STAY AWAY!
