Restored the teeth of a 58-year-old… Restored the teeth of a 58-year-old patient after a traumatic loss of the anterior incisors. Two implants with a diameter of 3.2 mm were enough for multi-unit abutments. It's been 6 months and the results are great. I have been using implants and abutments for four years now, I have made more than 150 implantations, there was only one case with complications, and that was due to a difficult case with the patient, the patient had diabetes. I had to remove the implant and make a removable acrylic-based prosthesis.
