After purchasing the product it took about a week to receive it to my door, the product came in a very nice package and with instructions on how to use it. After using I was immediately impressed at the quality of this product, the ultrasonic movement and LED lights to make it easy to spot and remove calculus from teeth and I have to say after 2 weeks of use my teeth feel clean, and my gums healthier than they were before.
