Dirty packaging I called to order product and had expressed concern over how dirty the packages were. There was no follow-up as promised from customer service. Expectations are high given the cost of the product and since it is used for oral hygiene, one would expect a clean product to be delivered.

Fabulous! I drink very lightly sweetened iced tea all day long and by the end of the day my breath was always horrible, but using ProFresh twice a day alleviates that. I have used over the counter mouthwashes but none have worked very well and most either burn or are so strong that they leave a nasty taste in my mouth. ProFresh is a wonderful product which I have recommended to colleagues, friends and family!

I am confident and my selfsteem has been boosted right up.. Have you tried ProFrash? Well, I have and let me tell you it is AMAZING. The only dowside is we cant find it Australia, and the only way of getting this product is by ordering online. It is MAGIC and I love it. I am more confident now wbout kissing my partner at anytime and talking to anyone within close distance. I got my sister and brothers to use it and I can feel the diference. Thanks PROFRESH.. But please come to Australia and make purchasing more easier.

Couldn't live without it ProFresh is the only product that has worked for as well as it has--I couldn't go without using it twice everyday. Sometimes it doesn't seems to be working as effectively as it had been, but I've found a couple of things I'd done wrong. I also need to change the tongue scraper much more frequently than was recommended. I think I have a much worse case of bad breath that most people as I still need to chew gum.

your product is great! i have used your products since the 90's and love them.the phone answering service is borderline robotic and unemotional.the delivery takes too long! it sometimes takes 2weeks! i know that i have the option to pay for expedited delivery,but i don't want to pay 26.00 for a week instead of 2.the product is wonderful,but your customer service,not so much.
