your product is great! i have used your products since the 90's and love them.the phone answering service is borderline robotic and unemotional.the delivery takes too long! it sometimes takes 2weeks! i know that i have the option to pay for expedited delivery,but i don't want to pay 26.00 for a week instead of 2.the product is wonderful,but your customer service,not so much.

I've tried many over the years, including the specialized and expensive formulas "that the stars use", but this one is the only one that makes my mouth feel cleaner for longer.
