Dirty packaging I called to order product and had expressed concern over how dirty the packages were. There was no follow-up as promised from customer service. Expectations are high given the cost of the product and since it is used for oral hygiene, one would expect a clean product to be delivered.

The product is great but the shipping… The product is great but the shipping cost is terrible. I live less than one mile from headquarters and still pay $15 for shipping because I'm not allowed to pickup the mouthwash. Otherwise, I would auto renew.

Reliable Products I have been using ProFresh items for many years. Placing orders and receiving product deliveries have always been efficient. I am happy with the mouth rinse and am confident with its results. My mouth feels fresh and clean. Furthermore, my dental hygienist compliments my oral care every visit!

Couldn't live without it ProFresh is the only product that has worked for as well as it has--I couldn't go without using it twice everyday. Sometimes it doesn't seems to be working as effectively as it had been, but I've found a couple of things I'd done wrong. I also need to change the tongue scraper much more frequently than was recommended. I think I have a much worse case of bad breath that most people as I still need to chew gum.
