Get appointment set before hanging up with live person. The first time I called the service made voice contact with thier answering machine and left a message witch they wouldn't here for four days. They closed that day two hours before the message. That was Thursday and by Sunday I couldn't take the pain very much longer. So I called again and got better results this time. It seems to me that the cleaning could have been accomplished with the first appointment in an attempt to keep health care costs contained.
