GBGet appointment set before hanging up with live person. The first time I called the service made voice contact with thier answering machine and left a message witch they wouldn't here for four days. They closed that day two hours before the message. That was Thursday and by Sunday I couldn't take the pain very much longer. So I called again and got better results this time. Talked to someone that actually made me appointment with in two days.

GBUrgent Tender Care, Professional!! It was 8:PM on the night before my cruise. I lost my upper tooth crown in the middle of eating dinner. I was painful and so nervous. I called Dr. Jason Kung. He admitted me to his office without delay and checked on me immediately. Dr. Kung and his staff were accommodating and helped to take care of my tooth and the crown painlessly within 45 minutes. With Dr. Kung and his staff's urgent and excellent care, I could travel and enjoy eating during the cruise. Thank you for Dr. Kung's kindness and care. I highly recommend this group wholeheartedly.

GBHealth Care Cost Containment I needed a cleaning and because I was a new customer i was required to make a second appointment after a panoramic and a bite wing x-ray. It seems to me that the cleaning could have been accomplished with the first appointment in an attempt to keep health care costs contained. When I asked about that I was told that the first session was a " get acquainted session".

The online form didn’t send any response on quotation request, I had to use wisdomtoothextraction.net to get the information they should have provided online. Overall, the doctor I met handled my situation well, just that they lack customer care.
