Great company Great company. I have been using them for over a year now and haven’t had any major issue. Any minor issues are resolved quickly because my direct point of contact, Doug, is always available and gets things taken care of quickly. Highly recommended!

Cleared up a few small technical issues my IT Guys had overlooked. This is the third time I have used their Live Chat and every time they have been responsive, patient and informative. The Live Chat agents really fully understand the Seamless Chex product.

Jesse's the s**t - ONLY offensive word, I promise! ;-) I love how this says leave out offensive words. Those are reserved for PayPal and eBay, not you guys haha. I always have an amazing experience with the customer service. I feel like I'm ALWAYS bothering Jesse, poor guy, but he is an amazing help every time. I've even been contacted directly by Doug once in the beginning to clear up an issue. Any problem is always taken care of right away. Everyone I have dealt with is polite, efficient, and helpful, and if I don't understand something they take the time to explain it. So far, So good, guys!
