GBUseless Useless. Can’t prescribe anything for a specific issue appointment, you have to do the video but there’s nothing that warns you until after you’ve paid for the first appointment. I explained that I brushed and flossed twice daily but had bad inflammation despite my good oral hygiene, yet the medical advice I was given was to brush and floss twice daily to resolve the issue. Clearly didn’t fully bother to read my comments. Wasted money when I didn’t have money to waste.

GBI had a great experience using… I had a great experience using toothpic. I was able to get all of my questions answered in a timely manner by professionals. I did go to the dentist after after the help to resolve my issue. I can see myself using toothpic in the future.

GBSeems like a new company, overall good experience! So, this seems like a new start up style dentist teledoc. I am on a trip for work and spoke to someone about my issue. He was really nice, helpful, and put my mind at ease about waiting until Monday to see my dentist. Currently, they are unable to prescribe medication (in California, at least), but it sounds like it is in the works. I don’t have dental issues ever, however, once they are able to offer prescriptions for short term pain management/minor infections, I can totally see myself using a service like this again. If you have questions that don’t require a physical visit, I would recommend this service.
