Careington don't care Careington does not live up to their name. They convinced me to keep them a few more months just in case I need their services then they will let me know before I am charged. They charged me in March on the 8th so I cancelled and they keep telling me the money is going to be refunded. Really it takes a month to give a refund? It is disgusting that companies rip people off. I'm disabled I need my money to make ends meet. Looks like it is going to be Ramen for most of this month.

When I signed up with Careington on… When I signed up with Careington on April 2022, I know it is a discount dental plan not a dental insurance. I have a very good dentist here who is a member or partner with Careington. So far Careington helps me saved quite a lot with many procedures that I had done. I am very happy with Carerington and I highly recommended.

5 times submitting the same claim I have been submitting the same claim since May this is now almost October first time wrong address second time need more information third time wrote down everything the agent said and sent it out for a fourth try just called again they said the numbers they needed was missing two numbers. This will be the fifth time sending it out They never contacted me to tell me that stuff was wrong on my application which they should have I go online and I can't even find anything I can't even find my policy.

Cancellation run-around I called to cancel our plan before renewal, as we have other insurance. Online, it says that their hours are until 8 pm; however, once a representative finally answered, I was told that the "cancellation office" was closed. Today, I have been waiting over an hour now to speak to someone regarding cancelling. . .I'm beginning to feel like this is a system to keep people from cancelling. . ..sigh. . so tired of the games. . .
