GBI can not locate an endodontist that takes Careington I called dozens of providers on Careington's list and they no longer took the plan. I then called a Careington representative and she said she'd find an endodontist and email me. I never received any such email. I suggested they have someone on staff call their list and see which providers are still participating in the plan. I doubt they will as they want to have a long list to draw in new people buying the Careington plan. Big waste of money. I'm in the process of requesting a refund.

GBCancellation run-around I called to cancel our plan before renewal, as we have other insurance. Online, it says that their hours are until 8 pm; however, once a representative finally answered, I was told that the "cancellation office" was closed. Today, I have been waiting over an hour now to speak to someone regarding cancelling. . .I'm beginning to feel like this is a system to keep people from cancelling. . ..sigh. . so tired of the games. . .
