Screwed up from the beginning Screwed up from the beginning. First, when arriving at the facility your staff gave our registration form to someone else. After that screw up, they would only say that we would have to call in to get a new registration number. This required multiple calls and two separate trips to the testing facility. Then it took over a week and multiple calls to get the results. Your staff in person and over the phone was rude and unprofessional. My company will not be using you in the future.

It makes getting pre-employment drug… It makes getting pre-employment drug screens done for remote employees very easy. I can just look up a location and Health Street gives the location options. Makes it much easier than searching on my own.

Excellent customer service Needed to make a change to my selected location since it no longer takes in reservations, called Health Street and change was done in under five minutes. Health Street, representative, Lewis, was nice and very knowledgeable regarding what he needed to do; very professional and made my day go a lot smoother.

Very Good Overall Experience Used for pre-employment applicant screening. Pros: Very easy online access for employers. Extensive network of facilities. Great communication from Health Street to Employer. Cons: Applicant told on phone no need for appointment. Arrived at facility and was told lab closed at 1:00pm. Applicant was frustrated and Health Street staff did help applicant to locate another lab close for testing same day.
