I only wish they had given me more information about exposure possibility and incubation period, I feel like I should get tested again...

Positive for gonorrhea Only ordered this test because a friend was ordering it and I was like honeslty I haven’t been tested in forever. Ordered it and got my kit two days later. Did the oral rectal and urine samples. Sent it back and then got my results two days later I had a positive case for gonorrhea and was freaked out. Mostly because I just wasn’t even going to test. Ash really helped me through the experience. They sent me a script to use at my doctor to tell them about my positive screening for gonorrhea. I got treated. I also asked them if they had any advice of what I could tell my partners as I had tested positive and didn’t know about it cause I was asymptomatic. They sent me a few sample texts. Overall amazing experience. I ordered another for one my partners so he could get tested as well. Turned out since we only had safe sex. He was negative. Overall super positive experience (no pun intended) and seriously felt so supported when I first got the positive result.

Slight mixup, later resolved They sent me the wrong test at first, but they sent me the right one free of charge! A little bit annoying to deal with but they handled it well and ultimately I got what I needed

Anywho, it came in 2 days - the test and instructions were very easy to understand and follow. The only thing was I wasn't sure how to put the samples back in the envelope they sent me considering it was a very tight fit. I emailed them and they responded almost immediately and overnighted me a bigger envelope to send back. My results came two days later and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Super convenient product I ordered an Ash kit cause a friend and I decided to get tested together, it came like 2 days later. Collected the samples which was a little bit daunting and then sent it back. Results came back 2 days later and was super easy to log in and figure it all out.
