Cancelled my testing and never gave me a refund I scheduled a covid test and after waiting for thirty minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, I reached out to the scheduler who advised me that they cancelled my test and should be receiving a refund. We are now about a week later and I still dont have my refund.

Super easy to conduct the COVID… Super easy to conduct the COVID antibodies test. We did it all outdoors just to be extra safe. Nurse was on time, friendly, knowledge, and on time. So glad that this was offered in our area in Orange County CA so we could get it done right at home in and out in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great Experience The entire experience was great from online ordering, scheduling and testing. Online order, easy. Couple text messages to schedule the tests day and time, no problem. Simple online signing of consent forms. Our Technician, Heather, showed up right on time, was very safe, friendly and professional, and three of us were tested and done in 30min.

Nurse did not show up Nurse did not show up. I emailed after waiting 20 minutes and they told me they had texted me yesterday morning cancelling due to updated regulations preventing in home testing. I didn't receive any text, very unprofessional and very disappointing.
