Within 1 day of receiving the items, I requested a full refund. Their ad states "14 Days Money Back Guarantee" - not true, they will only refund 30%. Their ad states "Indestructible" - not true, They are deleting all negative comments and are unwilling to honor their customer satisfaction. Highly disappointed in quality of their product as well as the false advertising and lack of honor from this company.

The best advice is to don't buy and tell all your friends. Reach out to Facebook and tell them to not allow this company to advertise on their platform. Amazing Was hesitant about trying this product at first, but after a few weeks I noticed a BIG change in my dogs activity/overall health. We can go for longer walks and he’s not sleeping all the time anymore. Truly so grateful for this company
