USDo not rely on expediency A required medication, ordered 10 days ahead of me running out has still not arrived. The reason? “Clinical team question”. The problems with this: 1. Zero change in medical history since previous refill with the same company. 2. The “clinical question” added 3-4 days to the transaction. The result: I am now missing days on a required med. Updated 5/1/24. This was not a new patient encounter. I am an existing patient and this was a refill on an approved prescription by this company. To imply that I would encourage dispensing prescriptions without medical oversight is false and irresponsible. It is also inexcusable for this to take 10 days. The end result is I missed days of a prescription that I am not supposed to miss, period.

USUnknown delivery time - Unreachable via Phone Was supposed to receive my delivery yesterday (Monday). No signs of it's delivery even today (Tuesday). Tried to reach Rocket RXs customer service at 3 PM EST today. Call rejected with a message "Our phone lines are now closed". How come phone lines are closed during business hours? Appears these guys are here just to make quick bucks and vanish.

USRocket service Rocket Rx is very professional and easy to work with. I’m still trying to see which pill is right for me. It’s nice to have a company that is discreet for issues we don’t like to talk about.Rocket service
