CSR Dajah V., very professional My customer service agent was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. She made the experience so much better than it could have went.

bad bad bad I have contacted this company via email and phone. I’m always put on hold and enter a call back number but nothing. I can’t log into the site to cancel my subscription because the site doesn’t recognize my email address yet I receive emails from them. They say they can’t find my account yet they can find my credit card number to charge it. Despite multiple efforts to retrieve my log in info and cancel directly with the company, no success. I had to block them with my credit card. I would never do business with this company again and strongly urge others to not do business. They have deceptive processes to discourage cancelling.
