I will be using this again I will be using this again! I’m in between insurance at the moment and this virtual visit really put me at ease. I’ve been extremely worried about how I would get my anti-depressants filled. This took the worry away! My doctor was amazing and I will be seeing him again.

Paid for nothing, no refunds Paid for a membership and scheduled an appointment. Provider did not show up within 30 minutes after appointment time. Customer support ticket is a black hole. No one available to discuss/reschedule/or find a new provider. No method to request a refund. The "Cancel Membership" button does literally nothing at all.

I liked that he gave me the… I liked that he gave me the prescription I requested, I didn’t like that he didn’t refill for the quantity i usually get now I have to set another appointment sooner and that’s more money for no reason. I would not use him again for that reason but he at least filled the prescription.

The provider was fantastic The provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I will use her every time I can for healthcare.
