The doctor was understanding and highly knowledgeable. The doctor was understanding, asked questions about my health and history, gave me viable options and had a pleasant and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend him.

Paid for nothing, no refunds Paid for a membership and scheduled an appointment. Provider did not show up within 30 minutes after appointment time. Customer support ticket is a black hole. No one available to discuss/reschedule/or find a new provider. No method to request a refund. The "Cancel Membership" button does literally nothing at all.

I liked that he gave me the… I liked that he gave me the prescription I requested, I didn’t like that he didn’t refill for the quantity i usually get now I have to set another appointment sooner and that’s more money for no reason. I would not use him again for that reason but he at least filled the prescription.

I've had 2 appt with Deanna Fossen I've had 2 appt with Deanna Fossen, and she always goes above and beyond in her patient care. She responds to updates and remembered things I discussed with her in the first visit. I will continue to see her
