I have been under Jessica Oliver's care… I have been under Jessica Oliver's care for some time now, and I can confidently say that she is the only mental health professional I trust. She makes me feel heard, supported, and valued during our appointments. She pays close attention to my concerns, and her guidance has been instrumental in my journey towards improved mental health. In addition to medication management, she has equipped me with various tools that have significantly improved my well-being. I look forward to our meetings and feel comfortable discussing anything with her.

Uninsured with Strep Throat I'm uninsured and haven't needed to see a doctor in 15 years but started getting sick a few days ago. By yesterday evening I realized it was likely strep throat and knew I would need a prescription. Sesame made it super fast, easy and affordable to be seen and Dr. Joseph Isibor was wonderful.

No response back for med authorization My local pharmacy wont fill the prescription because the Dr i saw was licensed in Illinois but the prescription was faxed from New York. Ive been trying to contact someone all day for them to authorize the prescription but no one is responding back to me. This is highly inconvenient!

Paid for nothing, no refunds Paid for a membership and scheduled an appointment. Provider did not show up within 30 minutes after appointment time. Customer support ticket is a black hole. No one available to discuss/reschedule/or find a new provider. No method to request a refund. The "Cancel Membership" button does literally nothing at all.

Needed persciption of antibiotics for… Needed persciption of antibiotics for my Strep throat. The appointment was on time, quick and had the medication within 30 minutes, very happy. I don't have insurance and this saved me a lot money rather than going to a walk in clinic
