GBPaid for nothing, no refunds Paid for a membership and scheduled an appointment. Provider did not show up within 30 minutes after appointment time. Customer support ticket is a black hole. No one available to discuss/reschedule/or find a new provider. No method to request a refund. The "Cancel Membership" button does literally nothing at all.

GBI scheduled with Dr I scheduled with Dr. Zachary Aybar and the appointment was about as perfect as it gets to be honest. I have no insurance. All i needed was my blood pressure medications to be refilled. My local doctor would have cost me $350, however while using Sesame i was only charged $62 no joke. Dr. Zachary Aybar was on time and polite. 10/10 recommend to anyone especially those in the U.S. with no health insurance who just want to be able to take their medications without having to pay an arm and a leg.

GBprovider was thorough, and followed up provider was prompt to reply, and was able to change the pharmacy our prescriptions went to, even followed up after to make sure we received our medication and that everything had gone well.
