This was the first time that I've used… This was the first time that I've used Sesame and I will definitely be using it from here on out. I've had a bad cough for two weeks and I dread going to urgent care and waiting 4 hours just for a simple prescription. It took less than 10 mins with Sesame.

Paid for nothing, no refunds Paid for a membership and scheduled an appointment. Provider did not show up within 30 minutes after appointment time. Customer support ticket is a black hole. No one available to discuss/reschedule/or find a new provider. No method to request a refund. The "Cancel Membership" button does literally nothing at all.

The doctor was understanding and highly knowledgeable. The doctor was understanding, asked questions about my health and history, gave me viable options and had a pleasant and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend him.

I liked that he gave me the… I liked that he gave me the prescription I requested, I didn’t like that he didn’t refill for the quantity i usually get now I have to set another appointment sooner and that’s more money for no reason. I would not use him again for that reason but he at least filled the prescription.
