My husband Brian talked to a person name Clark we remember his name clearly as he was so rude to me when we were asking several questions about the medkit. We ignore his rude attitude as we need the medication, when we asked if the total amount would be $165 he said yes no additional cost and that's the total amount already but the pharmacy called and asking for payment I said the person we talked to told me that there would be no additional payment as it covers everything, unfortunately the person lied to me

The truth is I don't care to go to most… The truth is I don't care to go to most doctors' offices anymore--haven't for some 20 years--because I usually find the front office staff lacking in everything good and not much better with the medical end of the experience. That said, I appreciated Dr. Haeder's knowledge and the experience was not horrid. It appears that the online office is very busy and I hope the best for Dr. Haeder's success. The patient receives a lot of good information (the most current treatments available) but he/she should be prepared to do the reading involved and do his/her part in following a good diet, etc. Sorry this isn't a super raving review but it's honest and my family will definitely continue with Dr. Haeder. Hopefully they'll keep us too. : )

There aren't many doctors that would allow you to ask an unlimited number of questions, respond in a reasonable timeframe, and have Dr Haider's level of knowledge and expertise. It's a relief to find a doctor I can trust. Could not recommend more!
