USEasy, beginner friendly, without even leaving your home I really enjoyed the things offered by quick.md. Im someone that rarely leaves the house as is, my job is from home and I tend to have lots of group and crowd anxiety. So needless to say something like a crisis like needing to see a doctor or needing medication, having to go out while the crisis of either or both is going on would be panic attack fueling. So thats why I completely back quick.md and I am really excited to continue to see where this goes and how it takes off in the future. the app is easy and beginner friendly, it walks you through no problem, and I never encountered ant issues thus far. Im eager to use the services in my time of need in the fields they provide help with.

USDon't let money sit in your digital wallet on the app because QuickMD will take it after 6 months. Don't load money on your digital wallet on the QuickMD app. They operate like those older cheap gift card policies and if you leave money sitting on your digital wallet for your next appointment they will take it from you within 6 months and you lose it. They say it's to provide fairness and consistency to all patients. What is fair about taking a credit left on somebody's digital wallet? Who exactly in that transaction is receiving fairness? A wallet tab on the app indicates you can put money in it and leave it in there until you need to spend it. A fair policy would be to communicate to the patient they are about to lose the money in their wallet by email or phone and provide them with the opportunity to use the service rather than having their money taken. QuickMD could achieve the same patient consistency just by NOT taking the money from patient's digital wallets. It's obvious this policy is about nothing more than profits and borders on theft in my opinion and it's the last thing our healthcare system needs. There's a reason this type of policy was made illegal by gift card providers....it's wrong! SHAME ON YOU QuickMD for taking advantage of your patients. Bad policies can always be changed. I'm just very glad I didn't load a larger amount because I initially was going to put $500 on the app thinking I would be banking it for when my family needs quick medical services.

USDon't Use this company!!! I thought this would be the answer to my issues for obtaining a high cost Medication. It has been nothing but aggravation. first, I somehow was billed 2 times. Although I tried to explain that I would not ever schedule 2 MD visits in one day for the same thing. They would not hear anything. I never was contacted by the second MD. they would not refund my all my money. Instead I was billed for a missed visit. I was then told that they could not obtain the medication that they show on their website and state there is no problem. It took 3 weeks for an MD to change the medication and correct the dosage. This whole process took over a month. then, they sent the med to the wrong zip code making it difficult for me to get a redelivery. Emails were on a regular basis back and forth and there is always some excuse. they should change their name to Aggravation MD.

USgood app to use! the app allows you to set up appointments and call a doctor from anywhere and set up appointments very easily. The doctors seem to have the same knowledge as regular ones you would visit. the convenience of staying home and still taking care of your personal health is very beneficial for people who have a hard time in social settings, or if you're sick enough to where it's hard to get to the doctor office itself.
