CAI am usually pessimistic when it comes… I am usually pessimistic when it comes to virtual medical services as my experience trying them hasn't been great. I was recommended Quick MD and I decided to use it for my elderly parents who have mobility issues. The service surpassed my expectations with how easy it was to find a doctor, talk to her, get her to understand the medical issue, and have her write a prescription which was delivered to me instantaneously. The whole process was quick and efficient.

GBthe CONVENIENCE.... the CONVENIENCE is by far the absolute best thing! very user friendly for those not "tech savvy". promptness is great, as your prescriptions are already at the pharmacy before you can even think to check. much cheaper than a visit to the local ER & also accepts insurance!!

GBThis looks to be a great teledoc style… This looks to be a great teledoc style platform, offering consultations by phone or by video chat and just the flat fee for the service. Everything appears to be upfront, like costs, and what to expect from their services. Very transparent, which sets them apart from similar apps today.

GBDon't Use this company!!! I thought this would be the answer to my issues for obtaining a high cost Medication. It has been nothing but aggravation. first, I somehow was billed 2 times. Although I tried to explain that I would not ever schedule 2 MD visits in one day for the same thing. They would not hear anything. I never was contacted by the second MD. they would not refund my all my money. Instead I was billed for a missed visit. I was then told that they could not obtain the medication that they show on their website and state there is no problem. It took 3 weeks for an MD to change the medication and correct the dosage. This whole process took over a month. then, they sent the med to the wrong zip code making it difficult for me to get a redelivery. Emails were on a regular basis back and forth and there is always some excuse. they should change their name to Aggravation MD.
