GBDon't let money sit in your digital wallet on the app because QuickMD will take it after 6 months. Don't load money on your digital wallet on the QuickMD app. They operate like those older cheap gift card policies and if you leave money sitting on your digital wallet for your next appointment they will take it from you within 6 months and you lose it. They say it's to provide fairness and consistency to all patients. What is fair about taking a credit left on somebody's digital wallet? Who exactly in that transaction is receiving fairness? A wallet tab on the app indicates you can put money in it and leave it in there until you need to spend it. A fair policy would be to communicate to the patient they are about to lose the money in their wallet by email or phone and provide them with the opportunity to use the service rather than having their money taken. QuickMD could achieve the same patient consistency just by NOT taking the money from patient's digital wallets. It's obvious this policy is about nothing more than profits and borders on theft in my opinion and it's the last thing our healthcare system needs. There's a reason this type of policy was made illegal by gift card providers....it's wrong! SHAME ON YOU QuickMD for taking advantage of your patients. Bad policies can always be changed. I'm just very glad I didn't load a larger amount because I initially was going to put $500 on the app thinking I would be banking it for when my family needs quick medical services.

GBthe CONVENIENCE.... the CONVENIENCE is by far the absolute best thing! very user friendly for those not "tech savvy". promptness is great, as your prescriptions are already at the pharmacy before you can even think to check. much cheaper than a visit to the local ER & also accepts insurance!!

GBThe QuickMD app is a new convenient way… The QuickMD app is a new convenient way of offering what is usually a time consuming dreaded trip to the ER or Urgent Care Clinic is able to be done in the comfort of your own home. It poses a safety net from the risks of entering a busy waiting room full of sick, viral people as well. It is likely affordable and offers much piece of mind in the case of a minor emergency without the headache.

GBThis looks to be a great teledoc style… This looks to be a great teledoc style platform, offering consultations by phone or by video chat and just the flat fee for the service. Everything appears to be upfront, like costs, and what to expect from their services. Very transparent, which sets them apart from similar apps today.
