As a patient of Dr Hannum and Physicians Now As a patient of Dr. Hannum for years and Physicians Now I can attest that he and his office provide extraordinary care leading with expertise and empathy. Any questions or concerns are always heard and addressed with utmost respect and compassion. Dr. Hannum and the staff always act swiftly and efficiently to address any possible insurance or pharmacy required documents or communication. They are the exception not the norm, a perfect example of excellence, highly recommend!

What made my experience great What made my experience great? Well that’s an easy question to answer. Lynn G. and Dr. Zelikovsky made it great. I called and left a message after hours on a Friday night looking for a Physician. I left a message and asked them to please call me back on Monday morning. Of course, thinking I would never hear from anyone. And lo and behold , this very friendly and kind woman by the name of Lynn G. returned my call first thing Monday morning. I couldn’t believe it. She was so helpful. I explained my situation and she got me an appointment with Dr. Zelikovsky within a few days. I am technologically challenged, I mean, a sloth would pick up on how to set up a patient portal before I would, lol. But Lynn was right there with me every step of the way. She gave me her direct extension and told me to call her if I had any problems with getting into the virtual waiting room. Of course I had problems getting into the virtual waiting room. Lol. So I called her and she explained, very patiently, I might add, exactly what to do to fix the problem. Without her, I am certain that I would still be lost out in the ethers somewhere holding a sloth. The blind leading the blind. Lol. She got me right in and then like magic, Dr. Zelikovsky appeared. And she was so incredibly nice and accommodating. She refilled my prescriptions and sent them to the pharmacy. And I was able to pick them up within an hour. Magic I tell you. I still cannot believe how easy the whole process was. So, I am giving both of them 5 stars! If I could give them 10, I would. Oh I almost forgot to mention, Lynn G. had literally just started with the company a week before my encounter with her. ONE WEEK! This amazing and helpful and very knowledgeable magical human had only been there a week and she knew EXACTLY what to do to fix the issue. She is definitely an asset to the company as well as Dr. Z. 😊

5️⃣🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 It was always such a struggle switching doctors or even finding a doctor people liked and had a good repore with. I've been using Physicians now for about 2 yrs and never once had bad experience leaving me feeling unheard and uncomfortably judged like I had in past situations. So 5 stars hands down because the care and expertise you'll receive is beyond outstanding 👏🥹

Dr Hanum and his office staff are by… Dr Hanum and his office staff are by far the best in this field. They are always ready to answer questions and help and supportive as well. I have seen different Docs but non like them who actually listen and provide the best resources and resolution possible. If it wasn't for DrHanum and office and physicians now I'll be lost right now thank yall so much if I could give 10 stars I would love too physicans now for life

The Physcians now Dr. Zlikovsky and Lynn were prompt courteous and most importantly listened. I work a ton of overtime so being able to be seen online helped me tremendously. Highly recommend to others!
