GBoffice manager has zero respect towards patients. Due to the matter of the situation and possible legal actions, I am not able to speak in regards to the situation, but I will say that, unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience and for the price and obviously if I didn’t need mental healthcare, obviously I would not be attending there.Having insurance, but still making a sacrifice due to being a single mother after the death of my significant other💔 I don’t have much time to go see a doctor in person. I will definitely say that this is reminded me of the days when they used to have pill mills at this point, since money seems to be the only thing they care about not the patient will being At this point, that’s how they made me feel. I have no complaints in regards to how I was treated by the doctors, but unfortunately, that seems to have been fake as well, and not once my mental health, my side of the story taken into consideration. I pray that no one else has what I did.

GBThe Physcians now Dr. Zlikovsky and Lynn were prompt courteous and most importantly listened. I work a ton of overtime so being able to be seen online helped me tremendously. Highly recommend to others!

GBI was one of Physicians Now’s first… I was one of Physicians Now’s first patients. It was so long ago, Dr McConnell was my original physician until he became Chief Medical Officer. I don’t have a single complaint but many compliments. First, “Physicians Now” is extremely convenient. I originally tried to receive treatment the conventional route by seeing a doctor at a physical office. This proved to be impossible with my work schedule and busy life. Also, at the time, the soonest appointment available with a doctor at a brick and mortar location was months in advance. This was unacceptable for me. I was seen for my initial virtual visit less than 24 hours from scheduling the appointment. Even today it’s still quick and easy to schedule appointments and I generally can be seen less than a day in the future. Second, the billing and support staff has always been amazing! Billing always responded immediately if I had a question and the support staff was great when my medication was on a national back order. They helped with medication changes and/or pharmacy changes immediately and without a complaint. Thankfully the back order situation is in the past! Third, Dr Hannum (Tampa,FL) is an amazing doctor! He LISTENS! He listens to you described your symptoms and expectations to provide needed and appropriate medical care. Unfortunately, I have a few medical conditions that require multiple doctors. Because of this I have seen many physicians in my life and I’ve become very good at discerning the bad from good. Many doctors don’t listen to their patients. They review medical records and reason for seeking treatment to make a decision before even speaking with the patient. Dr Hannum listens to his patients and he is definitely one of the great ones!

GBVery helpful and friend staff Very helpful and friend staff. I never have any issue making an appointment time that suits my schedule. I've been with my doctor for a few years now. Highly recommend.
