USJust awful Just awful. After having the service for months and not using it, I decided to call to cancel. Multiple calls later and they still haven't cancelled it. I keep disputing the charges and keep calling but always get someone who couldn't care less about their job saying "no one's available in that department, but I will pass the message along" all BS. Legal action will be taken after my next call and they give me the run around again.
