Excellent Customer Service Ordered some Western themed dishes. There were a couple of items not available from the factory at the time or order. The nice ladies stayed on top of the items and made sure that the factory got them shipped out. Excellent customer service.

Framed USA Flag I ordered a 2x3 framed USA flag for a birthday gift. I had to reach out to costumer service due to shipping running slower than usual due to COVID-19 & their flag supplier was also not fulfilling their orders in time. I must say Melba was so kind and helpful. She was able to get my order situated, shipped, and delivered on time for my Husband’s birthday. The flag exceeded my expectations. It is BEAUTIFUL.
