Great company to work with! POS Highway has been one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Coming in new to my current role they were able to quickly bring myself and team up to speed on our current software. Everyone from their technicians like Steve Tocci to sales team members like Jason Dunham has shown nothing but patience and a true sense of understanding as we perform a daunting overhaul of our POS system. As our Counterpoint accomplice As our Counterpoint accomplice, they have helped us starting from the earliest stage. We were utilizing Lightspeed POS beforehand, I can't start to portray the quantity of issues with it. Stock didn't make any sense, installments would hang up arbitrarily, reports didn't bode well. I don't encounter any of that with Counterpoint POS. POS Highway ensured our framework arrangement went easily from day 1. We went through hours talking about our plan of action and how Counterpoint can upgrade it. In contrast to some other POS/ERP framework, Counterpoint can tailor to how we work! We recently signed on with Computant as… We recently signed on with Computant as our service provider. I have been working with technician, Steven Tocci, and he is the smartest person I have known! Every time I have a report or function that is not working, he amazingly fixes it without any issues and in the same phone call! Our last provider...not so much. They couldn't even understand the problems let alone fix them so it is so good to know that there are true geniuses out there! Thank you Computant!

POS Highway System & NCR Counterpoint. POS Highway Systems and NCR Counterpoint are really great solutions for all types of businesses, especially wholesale businesses. An extremely powerful system, with limitless possibilities. There are so many great things that you can do with POS Highway Systems. Powerful inventory and all around systems for any business. Something that is very important is they have the best customer service and they always have someone available to help. I look forward to growing our partnership in the future with my businesses. I struggled with 3 or 4 stars... I struggled with 3 or 4 stars.... POS Highway is responsive to issues and resolves them in a timely manner. The staff is great to work with and with the different time zones of there staff cover mot of our open hours which is very helpful being on the east coast! We do find that we have reoccurring issues that take billable hours. This may be our own companies fault for some but other times are things we have no access to. We have 2 stores and keeping the data linked seems to always have an issue. I feel that ongoing training, videos and updates would help everyone understand and use counterpoint better but, I have yet to see that offered. Over all better then other POS companies but I feel lacking where all IT companies lack in offering more then fixing issues.
