EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT SELECTION WT Farley is always a pleasure to work with. They always seem to have what we need or to be able to work with us to provide a solution for our unique applications. We use their equipment in custom emergency response vehicles, so flexibility is a must. And, they always fill our orders quickly which is an additional reason we use them. With the current situation with supply chain issues, being able to get product in a timely fashion is just one more reason we recommend WT Farley.

Our company PO not on the Order Confirmation. The on-line ordering didn't carry through our company PO # put in during the checkout process, thus not showing on the order confirmation. In addition, a more detailed specification for the tank holders would have been helpful. I hope they work for us when we get them. Otherwise the web site and order process was good. Neither issue would keep me from using you guys again.

I am a nurse with Bayada and our… I am a nurse with Bayada and our clients supply co did not have a dual circuit tubing adapter for the metal arm we have to keep tubing in place. I searched in line during 11p-7a shift and found Ventilator accessories w/ WT Farley. On their site you could email them, I truly did not think someone would call, but a representative named Mike did call me the next morning and was extremely helpful and the piece we could not find was sent out and expect delivery Monday. My experience was amazing! Mike B was amazing!

Greta Customer Service I believe I spoke with fellow named Brody, he was very helpful. I found myself in need of a couple hoses with a specific set up that I wasn’t completely sure how to configure on line. Brody had me squared away within a few minutes and the hoses were at my door (on the opposite coast) in about 24hr! I found their prices competitive such that in leu of finding a local source, I’ll continue to do business with WT Farley.
