Wonderful product Wonderful product, no question. It helps a lot. The northern latitude here doesn’t allow for sunshine days for the largest part of the year and supplements are neither adequate nor safe as it is the case with other fat-soluble vitamins. I love the Sperti vitamin D lamp I love the Sperti vitamin D lamp! It’s easy to use and set up! I have consistently low vitamin d blood levels, and although I just started using it and I’m looking forward to improved vitamin D levels!
