We provide lots of feedback and they tailor and help in every way to meet our needs as a company to understand how they should handle our calls. Could not be more surprised and also pleased - I saw an ad on IG and took a shot at it. HIGHLY recommend. We are in home service installations and they answer on our behalf as the receptionist, prequalify and set our appointments for us. We get the notifications and complete the appointment. The system is very user friendly, and easy to manage. Notifications/email/sms to nothing gets missed while also being able to listen to all our calls is fantastic.
