Great customer service Purchased two Spectra Nipples. Both are defective. One leaks around the rim, the other collapses when used. I have an inquiry in with their customer service, and am happy to revise this review based on the service I receive. (Edit: customer service responded in less than 8 hours and has informed me a replacement will be sent. A+)

$37 for 4 nipples I ended up paying $37 for 4 nipples that were probably manufactured for pennies. That feels like price gouging to me. I suppose it's possible whoever they source from is the one overcharging because I couldn't find these nipples anywhere else. Economists say you should thank someone anytime you buy something because you wouldn't have done it if it wasn't worth it to you, but this didn't feel like a fair price to me.

this company has fantastic customer… this company has fantastic customer service and they provided a lot of information for the new mom in our family. Highly recommend, if you want to give your money to a small business that does outstanding follow through. We ordered the nipples they came fast and we appreciated that.
