USWorst purchasing experience ever! Nothing about this purchase was acceptable in a civilized society. "Ships in 10 days" when I ordered turned into over 5 months. After finally receiving item, a missing item was never sent much less even acknowledged. They just quit responding to requests for the missing item. After 2 months of the order status of "order received" I called only to find out they had no idea when they would send the AED kit that they had charged me for (in full) the day I ordered.
