GBPretty sweet chair. I extensively researched chairs and made an Excel chart before choosing this one. It handles various terrains impressively, even handling uneven surfaces and steep slopes. Folding and unfolding are easy, but it's heavy for some to lift. It's visually appealing and garners compliments. Customer service was responsive, and assembly was minimal. However, it falls short in a few areas. The advertised 16-mile range seems optimistic; it goes about 8 miles on a full charge. The claimed 5 mph top speed is closer to 4 mph. The footrest developed a problem after a few weeks, not staying up as it should. Despite these issues, I find it a great choice for its terrain versatility and convenience.

GBI recently purchased the Carbon F1… I recently purchased the Carbon F1 mobility scooter from Forcemech, and I must say their customer care is superb! From the moment I reached out with inquiries about the product, their team was prompt in providing all the necessary information. The ordering process was a breeze, allowing me to quickly purchase online without any hassle. Moreover, they delivered an amazing product at an affordable price. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Forcemech for anyone looking for quality mobility scooters.

GBI called several times with questions… I called several times with questions about how to do something with the wheelchair but no one ever got back to me. I did find answers when I went on to YouTube and found answers so very disappointed that the tech services does not return phone calls

GBNeed better customer service. Wife loves her chair. We are currently in market for replacement. We will be considering another brand because of machine and poor customer service. We a bolt come use and get lost while on vacation. Called company, promised à replacement by express shipping but never came even after followup calls Had find something elsewhere that would work. Design could be much better

GBFollowup to my initial poitive review Followup to my initial poitive review: I've had the chair for a couple weeks and have been able to put it through its paces on different pavement types. It has preformed quit well, and I am very happy with it. I've yet to be able to give it a go on an ADA trail because of local weather; but i suspect it will do a good job. I only wish it had slightly bigger wheels, but its weight might suffer some, and that light weight is as advertised. So far as setup and operation are concerned, it is simple and easy to use. And it does get lots of positive comments on its looks!
