Poor Customer Service Working with Gaeta has been a most unpleasant experience. We have scheduled garbage pick ups with them which they never meet. When we call their customer service, we get the run around and lied to being told they are on their way and never show up. Arrogant knowing they don't have much competition on Staten Island treating customer like garbage.
