Customer service and item I ordered is terrible. I ordered k-board cushion on December 6. Cushion is not usable, only 7 inches long! I contacted customer service multiple times to return and replace item. No one ever answer or return my calls. Terrible customer service and junk product. I will write review on Google as well, so everyone knows how awful this business is.

Nice design but quickly became useless Delivery was prompt and on time. Packaging did the job. No issues. However: On Day 1 it fitted perfectly, nice and snug around my knee, and remained that way throughout my exercise period. But on Day 2 everything changed. Soon after starting my exercise the top part of the sleeve covering my thigh worked loose, and got looser as time went by. After 20 mins or so it had expanded so much that it wouldn't stay up, and had slipped down to my knee where it remained, flopping around, useless. My round-the-knee measurement is 16.5" which, according to their sizing chart, means Large (16 to 18"). So I'm left wondering whether one size down might have been better? Bottom line: I've invested $30 in something that is, sadly, useless after no more than 1 full exercise period.

Unfortunately, did not help my arthritis pain. I was really hoping this would work for the arthritis at the base of my thumb; but unfortunately it did not. This wrist sleeve placed my thumb at an angle that actually made my CMC joint ( at the wrist) hurt more. Also, if your wrist is already hurting, removing the snug sleeve was painful.

Questions answered! I had a question regarding delivery and called to check. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful - I appreciated that! I also love my gloves, they are comfortable and do seem to be helping my joints feel better!

Great customer service I ordered from this website since I couldn’t find the size xs anywhere else. When I placed my order I got back a confirmation email and then when I didn’t get a tracking number I emailed customer service with little hope of anything. I sent my email around midnight by morning I had an email response with an apology about not receiving a tracking number email. That same day I received my package. Great customer service!
