All the documents are sent to you electronically, for few dollars more they handle all for you which for me personally was worth it. Steve is always available, communicative and responds to any questions. And its CRAZY fast ..after filing it basically takes 1 day! This is a company you can rely on and trust. The Best. From the start, we were so impressed by Steve and his team at CheapNewYork LLC. The establishment of a new company is a large and daunting task, and Steve made it straight forward, clear, and concise. He was a great communicator and always responded to our questions and requests for additional help-- all of which is especially crucial in the first 4-6 months of a new business getting underway. We thank Cheap New York LLC with all our hearts and are delighted to have conducted business with them. Fully recommend!

Super fast Super fast! I love how quickly they responded my questions. Other places tend to be slow with responses and it can be hard to reach them. I shopped around to see the best deal and I have to say this place does offer the best deal so far:)
