Wasted shipping materials and high shipping cost and Product arrived quickly, was of excellent quality and was in stock. My only problem was shipping cost and the size of the shipping box. The 2 items were small and not fragile but they arrived in a box large enough to hold at least 50 similar items. A waste of packaging, filler and probably contributed to the high shipping cost.

Awesome customer service I ordered 2 cases of Ensure Clear because I can’t find it anywhere. I also paid $40 for 2 day shipping (yes, I wanted it fast). I received one case a day late (that was ok), but the other one never processed. I contacted the company and told them what happened and they refunded me for the one case that I didn’t get AND the shipping cost in 2 days! Wow! Talk about customer service! I would definitely order from them again!

Sent items to wrong address. They always have a great selection of products available although some of the items have more than doubled in price within a years time. They sent half of my last order to my billing address, some very personal and private items that are nobody's business but my own. Thankfully the package wasn't opened but to send personal medical items to a billing address should be a HIPAA violation of it isn't already. That's the reason for the 3 star rating.

Great company with fast shipping My husband has frequent blood draws due to cancer. Our daughter is a licensed phlebotomist and is allowed to do his blood draws at our home for his doctor, so that we don't have to travel to the hospital all the time. We needed some supplies for her to have on hand to do the draws. She found your website and we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to maneuver, offered a wide range of products, and the prices are very good. Shipping was fast, communication was good. Will buy from again. Thank you.
